friday find

Happy Friday!  Hope everyone is having a great summer so far!  I've taken some (er, a lot) of time off for the transition of our move to Greenville, SC (a city I had only been to twice before we moved!).  We've been having fun exploring the city.  But I spent most of the time unpacking.  It took two weeks before I even started unpacking and organizing my closet!  So let's just say I wore basically the same thing every day.  It's been fun decorating our new house and I'll be sharing some of my finds on the blog shortly!  I probably did not even look at clothes online for a couple of weeks (anytime I was online I was shopping for the house), but I started getting the fashion bug last week.  So we took a trip to Charlotte, which is only an hour and a half away, which I'm so excited about.  There's a Free People (yay!), Nordstrom (I can shop the Anniversary Sale, which starts today, in person!), Madewell, Neiman Marcus, Urban Outfitters, etc.!

Anyway, I've missed blogging and this 'Friday find' (which is something I'm going to continue going forward) was something I had to blog about.  How cool is this ZARA Multi-Position Shirt?  It's a long-sleeved shirt with buttoned cuffs, which turns into a cool sleeveless shirt with spaghetti straps!  It could also be worn as an off-the-shoulder shirt!  A steal for under $50.

Happy shopping!

easy breezy / boyfriend

{shirt (in-store, new styles here and here), clutch (old, love this one): GAP;
jeans: ZARA; sneakers: VANS; sunglasses: Prada}

I shop at ZARA all the time, but I have never thought to buy jeans there.  Mainly because I have my go-to designer favourites (7 For All Mankind, Paige, J Brand) for trendier pieces (plaids, florals, etc.) and GAP for the basics (boyfriend, skinny, white, black, etc.) and have been switching between the two (price ranges) for years.  Well, I went shopping the other day at ZARA to check out some of their new things for fall and for some reason these jeans jumped out at me.  At first they felt a bit stiffer than I would like but within minutes I fell in love.  And already after wearing them yesterday, they did not feel stiff at all.  Now I'll always check out ZARA when looking for a new pair of jeans.

p.s. How much do you love the sneaker trend?  I used to be a heels-only girl, but sneakers are obviously way more comfortable.  And now it's trendy so it's a win-win!
