{Wildfox Couture Castaway Stripe Roadtrip Sweater (also here, on sale!)}

This Wildfox sweater is SO comfy!!  It's called 'roadtrip sweater' for a reason.  I'll definitely be packing it for our trip to Florida this week.  I love the colourful stripes!  I'm not even 5' tall so I can wear this sweater as a dress, which will be perfect if we get to a beach (but sadly the red tide is not going away).  It's also perfect for weekends by the fire with skinny jeans, or tucked into boyfriend jeans for a day of shopping.

neon pink oversized sweater

Well, that escalated quickly.  It cooled down quite a bit this weekend, but I was happy to pull out this neon pink, super cozy, ZARA oversized sweater.  It sadly appears to be sold out online, but check your local ZARA since I just purchased it two weeks ago! Pink is still, after many years, my favourite colour, especially in fall/winter because it brightens up my mood since I do not like cold weather.  I paired this neon pink sweater with grey FRAME skinny jeans and VANS to run some errands.

Do you prefer brights or darker colours for fall/winter?  If you prefer the latter, then you might love this ZARA grey oversized sweater.

Hi, there! I'm back to blogging after taking a year off. I had some medical issues to deal with last fall and it took a while to recover.  I have missed blogging (and shopping!) so much.  Summer was extremely busy (we traveled a lot) and I thought, what better time than my favourite season (for fashion) - fall - to start blogging again?  Always excited to start buying new sweaters, I started with some lightweight ones since it's still pretty mild in the South.  This striped free people sweater is perfect.  Since it's a cropped sweater, I paired it with a pair of AGOLDE high-waisted jeans.  I have not shopped much until recently, but I did make one big purchase this past summer.  I was lucky enough to get my hands on the Louis Vuitton Palm Springs Backpack Mini and it is the perfect backpack.

friday find: the cardigan of my dreams

 OMG this cardigan.  I love Jen's Pirate Booty so it's no surprise that they've made the cardigan I've been looking for my entire life.  I love the colour, the loose fit, the pattern, the pockets.  It checks off every box for the perfect fall cardigan.  I'm also obsessing over their bomber jacket.

A quick outfit post (it's been awhile!).  I bought this cute ASOS check skort a few weeks ago and didn't think I'd get a chance to wear it because it suddenly got pretty chilly, but then we went back to 70-degree weather late last week and I was able to wear this skort on the weekend.  I was going to pair it with a black sweater, but it was so warm out I went with a simple black tee and, of course, my go-to Vans.  We went out for ice cream and could not ask for a more perfect evening (especially in November!).

friday find: convertible sweater scarf

Happy Friday!  How cute is this convertible sweater scarf from Free People?  It also comes in navy/red.  Perfect to throw on when you're running out the door for a touch of extra warmth for when you need it in the morning and then wear it as a regular scarf wrapped around your neck when it warms up in the afternoon.  Obsessed.
