Fall is officially here! As much as I want to throw on a sweater, it's just not possible in this 90 degree heat. This ruffled blouse from Anthropologie will do the trick. It gives you a taste of fall with the moody floral print, but it's light and flowy and will keep you cool in the heat. I also love it because it's a step up from wearing a tee, but it feels just as comfy as wearing a tee.
