layering & over-the-knee boots

It's been quite chilly here the past couple of days, today being the coldest (4 degrees!), but being from Canada I'm used to it.  I'm just happy it's going back up to 18 degrees in the next couple of days and 20 by the weekend.  I don't mind the chilly weather (as long as it's above 0 and doesn't last too long) since I get to pull out my favourite boots and have fun with some layering.  Even when the temp drops, it's always sunny so you can layer and get away with not wearing a coat.  I love this red Nasty Gal sweater (last seen here), which brings out the red (erm, burgundy - close enough) in the sleeves of this Free People henley.  Free People has THE best layering pieces.  And, well, everything else.
