I'm sure I've mentioned many times on the blog that I love wearing white all year round (J.Lo wearing a white winter coat in Maid in Manhattan was the game changer for me - almost 20 years ago!), but there's just something about putting on that white dress for the first time of the spring/summer season. I'm sure I've also mentioned my love of embroidery many times on the blog and I just recently shared my love of patchwork here. This Free People Louisa Patchwork Mini Dress checks off all of the boxes. The embroidery on this dress is what first drew me in. It's not until I received the dress that I really noticed the delicate embroidery
on the sleeves and shoulders. It's so pretty! The patchwork is subtle, but adds some texture to this ivory dress. It's a great dress to just throw on and go (I've actually done this when I realized I had 10 minutes left to pick up materials from my kids' school and I was still in my pjs). It's also the perfect dress for grabbing a bite to eat or running errands. It's unfussy, but you look put together. It'll also be perfect for those breezy beach days. The gauzy material is so light and airy!

Speaking of embroidery, last month, I purchased this ZARA Embroidered Midi Dress (there are only a couple of sizes left!). I love the contrasting embroidery detail on this ZARA Embroidered Midi Dress and the blue florals on this ZARA Openwork Embroidered Floral Dress. This Free People Dewdrop Maxi Dress is stunning.
